Opportunity: Customer Service Admin – Work From Home or Anywhere / Remote / Telecommute (No need to go to the office everyday, probably just once a week)

Schedule: Full Time (Discussed during the Process)

Location: Stays in or near west Jakarta in order to be able to do in person meeting when necessary. (& also for the job interview, we have to meet at West Jakarta)


  • Online sales & marketing practical knowledge & skills from a professional.
  • Training on The Sales Process, Handling Objection, Closing, Follow up, etc. — Things they didn’t teach you in school (Develop soft skills that you can use in everyday life / later on)
  • Bonus compensation available! Earn bonus every time you hit certain sales amount (Unlimited Bonus) — View performance bonus calculation here
  • Get paid on training / probation — monthly salary is Rp 500.000 — 1.500.000 (This figure is a basic salary, not including bonus, which there is no limit).

The Customer Service Representative is an entry level position which will work in assisting customers.

Job responsibility and training will be focused on the following activities:

  • Contacts customers via chat or other correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet goals
  • Educate customers via chat on our products & services (according to our Standard Operational Procedure).
  • Contacts customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database.
  • Completes & submits required transactional documentation.
  • Maintains updated, organized files.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned (such as: Social Media Posting).

Personal Qualification:

  • Female (18-23 years old)
  • Honest — Trustworthy
  • Positive Attitude — Easy to work with —  No drama or getting too emotional (no hard feelings & no taking it personally at work)
  • Mentally & Physically healthy
  • Good communication skills — Able to interact through chat in a nice, friendly & polite way
  • Understands simple English (doesn’t have to be an expert, but with the help of Google translate and Google search, are able to distinguish whether a translation is correct or not)
  • Hungry for learning
  • Possess a ‘problem solver’ approach and a ‘can do’ attitude in solving customer’s problem & deliver the best customer experience
  • Have a high commitment & responsibility towards the entrusted role
  • Disciplined with the ability to prioritize & work under pressure
  • Self driven with a passion, persistence & tenacity to achieve result under minimum supervision
  • You are excited by the prospect of exceeding expectations to earn incentives
  • Responsive and enthusiastic (+Cheerful is a plus)
  • Work fast, not sluggish (not only possess patience, but furthermore we are seeking a person with passion in solving customer’s problem as soon as possible)
  • Conscientious and Well organized

Technical Qualification:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in handling / managing an online shop (preferably as customer service in health & beauty products)
  • Fast response on Whatsapp & LINE chat
  • Have a mobile phone with iOS / Android Operating System that can work properly
  • Have a laptop / portable computer that can work properly (preferable)
  • A strong candidate will be computer/Internet savvy, comfortable operating in several applications simultaneously.
  • Familiar with social media & text messaging apps
  • You will need a quiet, distraction-free, location with good internet connection to work
  • School / College / University with any major (Formal Education Doesn’t matter)

  • Delivery / Logistics
