The Customer Service Representative is an entry level position which will work in assisting customers.
Job responsibility and training will be focused on the following activities:
- Contacts customers via chat or other correspondence as frequently as necessary to meet goals
- Educate customers via chat on our products & services (according to our Standard Operational Procedure).
- Contacts customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an accurate customer database.
- Completes & submits required transactional documentation.
- Maintains updated, organized files.
- Performs other related duties as assigned (such as: Social Media Posting).

- Positive Attitude — Easy to work with — No drama or getting too emotional (no hard feelings & no taking it personally at work)
- Mentally & Physically healthy
- Good communication skills — Able to interact through chat in a nice, friendly & polite way
- Understands simple English (doesn’t have to be an expert, but with the help of Google translate and Google search, are able to distinguish whether a translation is correct or not)
- Hungry for learning
- Possess a ‘problem solver’ approach and a ‘can do’ attitude in solving customer’s problem & deliver the best customer experience
- Have a high commitment & responsibility towards the entrusted role
- Disciplined with the ability to prioritize & work under pressure

- Responsive and enthusiastic (+Cheerful is a plus)
